Every agency says it is different.
Here is everything you can check.

This is the page I would want if I were the one hiring. What we run, what it costs, what you own, who I turn away, and who is actually doing the work. No "starting at," no packages that reveal themselves on a call.

If anything here disagrees with another page on this site, that page is the newer one and this gets fixed. Tell me and I will fix it the same day.

In One Paragraph

A film company that happens to run your marketing.

One director makes your films, builds and buys your ads, and runs the AI back office that reports which booked patients came from which piece. Twenty-eight years of film craft, pointed at the ninety seconds that decide whether a patient books with you or with the practice down the street.

Most agencies hire directors. We are led by one. That is not a tagline, it is the operating constraint that produces everything else on this page, including the six-client cap.

Who This Is For

Cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. That is the whole list.

No restaurants. No realtors. No med spas. Not because those are bad businesses, but because a practice buying elite aesthetic work is a specific patient in a specific moment, and I would rather know that moment completely than know twelve markets partially.

Six practices at a time. That is arithmetic, not scarcity marketing. Each one gets a shoot day every month and a month only holds so many days. When the roster is full I say so, on this page.

And I turn practices away. If there is no usable footage yet, I tell you before you pay, not after.

What It Costs

Two tiers. Both include the ads.

Core

$6,500 / mo

We script, shoot, produce, deliver, and run your ad campaign.

  • A shoot day every month at your practice
  • 4 finished reels a month, cut to run as ads
  • Meta ads: built, managed, media bought. By us, inside the retainer
  • An AI back office on your inquiries
  • Attribution read as psychology, not just a source tag. We watch how real patients move through every touchpoint, and that feeds the next round of strategy
  • 8 authority pages a year, so you are the practice named when a patient asks ChatGPT for a cosmetic dentist in your city
Premium

$8,000 / mo

We run your entire marketing engine, end to end.

  • A shoot day every month at your practice. The same day, not a second one
  • 8 finished reels a month, double Core
  • Meta ads: built, managed, media bought. By us, inside the retainer
  • An AI back office on your inquiries
  • Attribution read as psychology, not just a source tag
  • Your organic presence run end to end: grid strategy, planning, posting
  • 25 authority pages a year
  • You stop thinking about your marketing entirely. That is the product

Ads are not the upgrade. They are in both tiers.

Most agencies sell you the content, then charge again to make anyone see it. Here the ads sit inside Core: built, managed, and bought by the same person who directed the footage.

The Premium difference is distribution, not ads. Double the reels, your whole organic presence run end to end, and three times the authority pages. It is not a second shoot day either. It is more pulled from the day that is already happening.

The Terms

The four that cost agencies money to offer.

Month to month

No lock-in. You can leave whenever you want. I would rather earn the next month than trap you in it.

You own everything

Master files, the ad account, every asset, on the way out the door. When you own the films and the pages, you are building something that stays yours.

You reach the director

You reach the person who directs and cuts your films. There is nobody else here to reach.

Booked patients, not impressions

Reporting tells you which booked patients came from which piece. Not reach, not engagement charts.

The Way In

Not ready to hand anyone $6,500 a month? Good.

You should not be, on a website's word. The Recut is $1,500: one finished ad, directed and cut from footage you already own, back in 7 days, the master file yours outright. Every dollar credits forward if we keep going.

Audition me on one ad before you commit to a year of them. Somewhere in your practice there is a drive full of footage that never paid you back. That is where we start.

Who Is Actually Doing The Work

Kyle Cassie, Founder and Creative Director.

28 years directing and producing at the top of global commercial production. A key supporting role in Marvel's Deadpool (2016). Slamdance Top 8 dramatic scripts, worldwide. Those are facts you can check in about a minute, which is the point of listing them.

Thirty years ago I was declared dead at the scene of a car accident. What followed was a long coma and a recovery that took everything the medical team around me had. I came out of it owing a debt to practitioners, and carrying a permanent understanding of what it costs to be the person on the table.

That never left me. And everywhere I went in film, I kept seeing the same thing: people performing daily miracles, represented by third-rate marketing that had no idea what it was looking at. That gap is not a branding problem. It is a revenue problem, and it is why this company exists.

We use more AI than the companies selling it. The difference is that every machine here answers to a human eye.

Due Diligence

The questions the dental press tells you to ask.

Here they are, with my answers, including the one that costs me.

How many of your clients are dental?

All of them. Cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics only. No restaurants, no realtors, no med spas.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month, and that is the confidence signal it sounds like. You can leave whenever you want.

Do I own my website and ad accounts if I leave?

Yes, all of it. Master files, the ad account, every asset, on the way out the door.

Will I get real reporting, or vague summaries?

You get which booked patients came from which piece. Not impressions, not reach, not a monthly PDF of engagement charts.

Will my practice show up when a patient asks ChatGPT?

That is what the authority pages are for. Core includes 8 a year, Premium includes 25, written so yours is the practice named when someone asks an AI for a cosmetic dentist in your city.

Can I reach a real person?

You reach the person who directs and cuts your films. There is nobody else here to reach.

How many clients do you carry?

Six practices at a time. One shoot day each, and a month only holds so many.

Can I see dental case studies?

Here is the one I lose today. I have one retainer practice and I will not dress that up as a roster, or show you somebody else's work with the logo cropped off. What I will do is show you your own practice, directed, on your own footage, for $1,500, before you commit to anything.

For The Record

What we are not.

Names we have retired and no longer use for anything we sell: "Vitals Audit", "P.U.L.S.E. Framework", "Cinematic Authority".

Machine-readable versions of this page: /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt.

Your craft is world-class.
Your presence should be, too.

Send me footage your practice already owns, or just your Instagram. You get a straight answer within a day on what is working and what is not. No report to read, no call to sit through.
