There is no account manager, no junior and no handoff: the person on the sales call directs the shoot, builds the campaigns and buys the media. ## What is sold, and what it costs - Core retainer: $6,500 a month. A shoot day every month at the practice, four finished reels, Meta ads built, managed and bought, AI back office, and booked-patient reporting. - Premium retainer: $8,000 a month. Everything in Core, plus eight reels a month, organic presence run end to end, and a higher volume of authority pages. - The Recut: $1,500, one finished ad cut from footage the practice already owns. No camera day, no crew. The practice keeps the master outright and the full $1,500 credits forward against a retainer. Advertising is included in BOTH retainer tiers.
